Actually, Consulting Functional & Business Analysis Senior in Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A.I was the Chief Operation Officer of Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, responsible for the operational management of company, in order to optimise the organisational structure and the resources used.I started to be a Sales Operation Manager, in the 2006 at the beginning for IBM Italy Inside Sales business unit and enlarging the areas of responsibility to the Europe IOT role in 2012 until June 2014. I’ve been acting as Team Leader, Sales Advisor, Business Analyst, Signing Specialist, Business Control leader, Sales Operation Leader Volume Project. So, at the end I develop a 360 view of everything that’s been associated with sales operations and business topics management.The other significant experience I did, between 1996 and 2006, was in the IBM ITS – TSS team, where I got a real 360 degrees competency in the HW and SW Wintel platform, made during 10 years of various professional : technician, product specialist, Software support, Life Cycle Manager, with a short UK assignment.During my IBM career, I’ve developed a deep expertise in the Business and IT Services Market, with a particular focus on business analysis. Having worked directly with customers, I’ve developed a good skill in understanding customers’ needs to achieve their business goals and, in any role, I’ve always followed this ‘client-oriented’ approach. Before joining IBM in 1996 I was an University student in Information Technology.
