I built applications for Administration & Control, Procurement, HR and Clinical Development departments:among these, a TimeSheet application used by Administration & Control for reporting hours of funded projects and applications for the management of authorization workflows such as Expense Approvals, AFI (Investment Authorizations), Disposal of Company Assets and Purchase Requests.I have also designed software for managing clinical protocols and registration of Drugs.For all these applications I personally take care of user support, drafting documentation as well as of testing and training phases.I am Administrator and Content Manager for both corporate websites and Intranet Portal. I led the deployment project of the intranet portal using the SharePoint 365 platform, Teams, Azure and Project Server as well as the deployment of corporate websites with Joomla / WordPress.I realise and manage high-security data rooms for due diligence and scientific data exchange, where confidenciality is mission critical.
