Chief Engineer
CurrentAs Chief Engineer in a Formula Student team, I am responsible for overseeing the entire vehicle's design, development, and engineering strategy in a 85 people team . My role involves:Technical Leadership: I coordinate and guide all engineering sub-teams (powertrain, chassis, aerodynamics, electronics, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.Project Management: From initial concept to final production, I manage timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure we meet deadlines and maintain high performance standards.Innovation and Problem-Solving: I lead the team in solving complex engineering challenges, optimizing the car’s performance, and making key technical decisions that impact the vehicle's overall efficiency, safety, and competitiveness.Collaboration and Communication: I act as the bridge between the engineering team, team leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a unified direction.
