I always educated myself on how food could help me manage my symptoms. But something was missing. I dove deeper into learning about our body’s response to food, how farming plays a role and how removing toxins from our bodies were all linked to our physical and mental health.I can finally say the symptoms I dealt with my whole life are finally being reversed. I found what I believe to be a sustainable solution and I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with others. I use whole food superfood products grown with regenerative farming practices to further deepen our body’s response to food, which in turn will give our bodies the tools it needs to repair itself.
