As a Validation Engineer at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, I apply my engineering skills and knowledge to ensure the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical equipment and processes. I collaborate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to design, execute, and document validation activities, following industry standards and best practices.My passion for the development of life science products and product usability stems from my previous experiences as a Human Factors Engineer at Medtronic and a Human Factors Co-op at Takeda. I developed and implemented methods and tools to analyze, assess, and improve the user experience of life science products, using data-driven and user-centered approaches. I also researched and experimented with predictive analysis software to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of usability studies.I am a hardworking and motivated individual who strives to increase human knowledge and understanding.
