December 2015 will mark my 10th year as a licensed real estate agent in Nevada. I saw the up-swing in the real estate "bubble"​ and stayed on track through the "burst"​ and subsequent recovery. The continued positive news reports of a rise in home prices and median home sales stimulates the economy and eases tension in our community. The "market"​ is always a pendulum of good for some and bad for others. Home owners are successfully selling their homes for exactly what they wanted or needed. While others, due to lack of employment or family circumstances, are losing their homes to foreclosure or by short-sale. While I am optimistic at the state of the real estate market, the job market also plays a huge role in stimulating the economy. Typically in our region, normally consisting of 4 seasons, spring and summer are high selling times. Fall and winter, usually wet and cold, are less appealing for moving. Customer service is the root of this business, but being fully dedicated to your family's goals with complete confidentiality is essential. You can never ask enough questions or be too informed.
