As a PR and Social Media Manager for Christmas Village in Baltimore - a German style Christmas market -, my responsibilities included the development of a holistic communication strategy as well as the content production for all relevant social media channels. Those included namely Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Yelp and a company-owned blog which was established only in 2018. Additionally, I was representing the event as the main media spokesperson. In collaboration with the local press agent, I was able to generate 111 TV hits with a total reach of 3539108 people (Nielsen audience data), give several interviews leading to extensive press coverage and organize two media events at the market. Furthermore, I was supervising the production of the event's new image video as well as several photo shoots.

While working at one of Meetic's brands, I was not only supporting the PR manager with answering editors' inquiries but also took care of the press portals and the press mailings. Furthermore, I created different press material and was helping with organizing a major press event. Another task at Meetic was the analysis of all communication activities and subsequently the reporting to the parent company in France.

As a working student in the field of public relations at LHLK, I was supporting my team with weekly as well as monthly reportings. I was also helping with research and brainstorming in the context of concept developments and with the creation of content for various social media channels and media partners. Furthermore, I was pitching ideas to journalists in order to create media coverage and generate product placements.

While freelancing for the Media Group Medweth, I was writing product tests as well as advertorials for the online presences of Jolie, Madame, Mädchen and familie.de (which are all within the lifestyle sector).

As a working student in corporate communications at HD+, I was supervising the UHD project "Die Superpraktikanten". This included, for example, the planning and implementation of several social media activities. Additionally, I was assisting the PR manager with basic press tasks such as media resonance analyses, the creation of press kits, background papers and press releases and was conducting several customer surveys. Finally, I was independently supervising the company's press agency when collaborating with them for one of my projects.

During my time at LMU Munich, I was part of the research project "Analysis of Discourses in Social Media". Therefore, I was supporting with the development of the research instrument, participating in the project's coder training and finally helping with quantitatively analyzing content and sentiments of the microblogging platform Twitter.
