I’m a freshman at Pace University studying Computational Economics, where I’m developing skills to collect and apply data supported ideas to economic challenges. Recently, I earned 2nd place in an Economics Hackathon, which furthered expanded my passion for using economic concepts to solve real-world problems. Along side that current accomplishment I am also part of Hall council for my dorm at Pace University. Alongside my studies, I work as a licensed stylist at Blo Blow Dry Bar, focusing on high-quality dry styling in a fast-paced setting. I’m also a swim instructor, dedicated to helping students build confidence and skill in the water in a safe and fun environment.I’m committed to community impact and have led numerous projects throughout my 13 years in Girl Scouts. My initiatives include establishing a Free Little Library to promote literacy, installing benches at my local elementary school for community use, and supporting veterans through the Paws of War organization. Through these projects, I organized fundraising and promotional events, developed marketing strategies, and coordinated community outreach to achieve project goals. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at nursing homes, beach clean-ups, and dog shelters, all of which strengthened my dedication to service.I’m excited to continue developing my skills and building connections in economics, data, and marketing.
