I was invited to assist Professor Yanbai Andrea Wang in her research on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 44.1. Rule 44.1 pertains to the court's determination of foreign law. Our work includes:◈ Researching the judicial application of FRCP Rule 44.1 by searching court dockets using LexMachina◈ Coding information from LexMachina results into a master spreadsheet◈ Communicating with our small team about potential hypotheses and trends in the research
