As the Communities Manager for CLRED, I manage all digital and traditional marketing efforts as well as public relations communications across all of CLRED’s projects. As the Interim General Manager for the Dawn Theater in Hillsdale, Michigan, I oversee event management and operations and help coordinate efforts to bring the community into our theater until the GM of the Keefer House Hotel is in place. I also lend my expertise to the corporate entity of CL Enterprises to advise in crisis communications as well as social media marketing.

I started an entertainment business out of my college dorm room specializing in bringing magic to the kids of the Hillsdale Community at no cost with the mission of empowering young women to believe not only in magic but in themselves. For four years, I've managed the bookings, designed costumes, planned parties, and worked with a cast of over 50 student volunteers.

Oversaw strategy, content creation, and community management for nine brands across 32 Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Spotify, Reddit, Gab, Parler, MeWe, and Rumble accounts.• Built and implemented a content strategy and trained a team from the ground up which grew total monthly reach across all accounts and platforms by over 600% and weekly engagements by 200% over four years• Manage Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Spotify ads. Worked with multiple agencies to implement ad campaigns for social, search, display, and programmatic ads across social media and Google, Bing, and duckduckgo platforms• Helped launch Shopify store for Hillsdale College and successfully integrated the channel into to social media properties to boost sales and run ad campaigns across both platforms• Led an interdepartmental team to develop and implement a promotional package and sweepstakes giveaway for visiting Junior Olympic shooters and Team USA Olympic Shooters resulting in an over 100% lift in reach and engagement and an over 200% lift in followers over the course of a month• Developed and led three successful departmental and social media-specific internship programs that have been formally adopted as ongoing initiatives within the department• Administer Student Stories blog by working closely with the editorial staff and producing student-centric stories used in Collegiate marketing and advertisements • Reorganized editorial team of the blog, resulting in increased productivity, better communication, and higher employee satisfaction

• Developed and executed social media strategy for an education startup that drove 124% increase in engagement in one month• Managed a direct report and worked closely with a content team to design content across the digital marketing space

Performed with faculty jazz bands The McQ5, and The Hillcats, as well as the Hillsdale College Big Band. Lead vocalist on "Lean on it" CD, produced in 2018.

Created and implemented effective marketing campaigns on the island as well as managed the storefront, dealing directly with customers and making sales. Also designed advertisements and collaborated with local businesses.
