I have served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at More than Words for the 2023-2024 service year. My job as an Evaluation Coordinator has been creating the tools, resources, and knowledge base that improves MTW's’ (More than Words) ability to empower system-involved young adults within the MTW model. • Developed and maintained multiple PowerBI dashboards, including 7 high-impact reports frequently used to inform decision-making and operational strategies. • Discovered and taught features of PowerBI software that increased the Evaluation Department’s internal capacity to analyze and visualize data effectively. • Organized, cleaned, and analyzed complex datasets to assist in applying for grants and funding. • Used Salesforce administrator features to create custom objects, interactive modules (screen flows), and implement features from the App Exchange. • Debugged technical issues for users on PowerBI and Salesforce platforms. • Designed and implemented 12 self-paced learning modules (SF screen flows) for MTW young-adult participants, leveraging UX/UI best-practices to create a user-friendly experience. • Collaborated across departments to gather evaluation-related requirements, implement solutions, and gather ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
