I was selected as a fellow for the Smithsonian Latino Center's Latino Museum Studies Program, where I attended an intensive two week seminar about museum practices and Latino representation in museums and participated in a four week practicum. My practicum, "Latinos in the 21st Century: A Digital Experience for All," was with the Latino Center. In this position, I worked with Melissa Carrillo, the New Media & Technology Director, and created a Digital Strategy Guide for the Center to utilize in future exhibition development and audience outreach and education.
