As a hardworking and goal-driven young professional, I am dedicated to utilizing my skills to achieve success. With 3 years of sales and operations experience, as well as 3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I have developed a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.My superior communication tactics and personalized customer service has allowed me to excel in my roles as a Sales Associate, Assistant Studio Manager, and Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness. I have been able to check daily studio goals, assist with phone calls and member concerns, sell memberships, and implement different ideas to help member engagement and utilization within the studio. I also possess extensive experience in the areas of recruitment, training, and professional development of new staff.In my previous role as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Transporter at Holy Cross Hospital, I provided patient care, including vitals, assessments, and activities of daily living. I documented as appropriate in clinical records and reported to RN and team members. Currently working on my Bachelor's of Business Degree, I graduated from Broward College with an Associates of Arts Degree in Summer 2022. I have also earned 53 credits towards a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.With over 150 hours of volunteer work, I am an avid volunteer and am always looking for ways to give back to my community.
