Client Manager/Project Manager
Current• Environmental Professional who has managed nearly 2,000 projects for a broad array of clients, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and other specialty scopes• Managing the project lifecycle includes overseeing onsite assessors, coordinating with onsite personnel, and constant Client communication, including discussing potential issues and offering solutions• Reviewed nearly 1,000 and have conducted and written over 600 environmental reports• Maintain current Client relations and actively obtain new business• Client Manager role includes bidding projects, writing proposals, managing the project lifecycle, delivering the projects, and post-report delivery calls with Clients• Run portfolios of up to 480 sites at once, including those with heavy industrial use • Conduct onsite environmental site assessments for various residential, retail, commercial, and industrial properties including special use facilities• Perform lead, asbestos and radon sampling and interpret results for client reports• Assist in air, mold, and water sampling procedures• Write and review Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports, Transaction Screen Assessment, HUD, and Exit Audit reports for a broad array of clients
