To serve and empower Special Operations non profits by strengthening our elite Warrior family through financial relief and assistance.

The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.

Executes a portfolio of events, with accountability for significant income targets, aswell as event-related mission and advocacy activities. Ensures goal achievementthrough the effective leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization ofevent volunteers.Accountable for the achievement of income performance targets for a portfolio ofevents including community feeder events.

Developing and implementation of State of Alaska policies and procedures toinclude a focus on individual and family well being; focus on the families of SMsduring all phases of the deployment cycle; and focus on SM reintegration into thecommunity.Development of strategies and programs which recognize the need for long-termservices for spouses, children and adult dependents, to include but not limited toservices for behavioral health and well being. Assist families in receiving servicesand assistance for referral care.Maintain an up-to-date family and volunteer data collection point of regulationsand directives. Identify families and family members who may require subsequentor referral services and coordinate with community points of contact, to ensureservices are appropriately and adequately provided.Liaison with the community and numerous support entities for coordination ofresource and referral needs in areas such as: services for special needs children, wellbeing needs and fundraising to support programs to help our Service members andfamilies.Worked with the Command and program managers to develop marketing to meetprogram design and needs. Successfully identified, qualified, cultivated, solicitedand stewarded donors/grantors of volunteers, and community leaders.Develop and implement policies, procedures and evaluations of the program on astate and national level on a monthly and annually basis. Provide assistance to theState in developing Readiness Plans at all levels within the Alaska Army NationalGuard. Work closely with the State Level Command Team to provide managementand administration of all family readiness programs. Provide guidance andassistance to the Brigade Family Readiness Support Assistants whom I supervise.

Served as the liaison between the Command and Families Assisted in thedevelopment of the state readiness volunteer program. Ensured warriors andfamilies were receiving the resources and referrals within the National Guard andcommunity.POC the Command and State to provide trainings on all well being needs for allwarrior and families.Worked with over 500 Families to ensure they were supported at the highest level.Worked with state grants for Families during times of needWorked with the local community to provide resources.Maintained all levels of the readiness Goals were met and implemented.Coordinated numerous events with communities to build resources
