I’ve been serving the organisation since 1991 on various assignments throughout organisational hierarchy.ROLE SUMMARY• Responsible for the strategic management of Wetback Contracts which includes ensuring financial viability of the organisation and ensuring shareholder value. • My role directs, leads and manages the Company on its strategic growth path in line with the Shareholders expectations, as well as ensuring Corporate Governance compliance.• In addition I direct design and develop short and long-term objectives, policies, budgets and operating plans across the company as well as the establishment of an organisational hierarchy and delegate limits of authority to subordinate executives regarding policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and human resource matters to achieve core business goals and ensure that service level agreements are maintained. • This is the most senior executive in the organisation.KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES• Setting and driving of Wetback Contracts strategy and Corporate Plan• Corporate Governance• Business Growth• Financial and Operations Management• Organisational Design and Structure• Engage, Grow and Maintain Significant Stakeholder Relationships and Enhance the Organisation's Stability and Reputation• Reporting to Stakeholders
