As part of the Accounts Management team my role is managing and developing designated client accounts, whilst also actively growing my own portfolio of business. As an integral part of Genie, I have been instrumental in the management and monitoring of the company’s quality control procedures, always proactively looking for ways in which to improve processes within the company. I have established great relationships with UK and overseas manufacturers, and would complete all quality control audits on all UK and overseas shipments. It was my responsibility to identify faulty products, and manage all supplier returns of these efficiently. Over my time at Genie I have improved the quality control procedures by stream lining some areas to allow the whole process to run smoothly and time efficient and also to run in accordance with the company’s ISO 9001 accreditation.

Ensuring customer satisfaction on every site visited and that the work was carried out as safely and efficiently as possible. Participating in a lot of the manual handling on sites. The company specialized in office removals, jobs were carried out all over the country but mainly central London, the most prestigious customer we looked after was the Houses of Parliament.
