• Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MRP, SAP, SDS (Supplier Delivery System) .• Expedited parts daily for on time delivery. • Attend multiple shortage meetings with all levels of Management. • Work to regulate MRP for all suppliers using Hyperion Report for 8-week look ahead. • Communicate various suppliers (national and international) via email and phone for parts and procuring 100% SDS commits. • Work with buyers and management to place PO’s in a timely fashion. • Maintain excellent customer relationships to expedite aircraft shortages. • Work with engineers to close Technical issues and assists with EC. • Participate in daily conferences with critical accounts until accounts obtained and held a 95% or better delivery rate. • Assist other Expeditors when it was essential.
