During my PhD in Particle Physics, I have used extensively data analysis technics including Statistics, Monte Carlo, Neural Network to analyze experimental data.I also developed strong writing and presentation skills. Then as a consultant for 17 years, I acquired expertise in project management using both classical and agile project management methodologies. I lead cross-functional teams up to 30 collaborators. The projects I've been working on cover various functional domains including insurance, electronic payments, e-commerce, retail, education and health in very different contexts : application maintenance, software quality improvement, technological migrations, new software development or information system reworking.I've been practicing JEE development since 2000 and I've followed closely JEE technology evolution including related technologies such as Spring and Hibernate.More recently, I've been developing AngularJS applications with MEAN stack and Elasticsearch, and I have been studying Functional Programming with SCALA and Big Data Management with SPARK and Hadoop. I promote the use of state of the art software development tools as much as possible : test driven development, continuous integration.I have been a trainer for : Object Oriented Design, JEE (Weblogic and Websphere), Extreme Programming, Business Process Design and BPMN (Intalio)I like to work in team where ideas and point of views can be exchanged and compared.
