1982 > My first enterprise was born. I’s aim was to coordinate a group of craftsmen which worked in custom-made furnishings. 1987 > I received my first offer as a contractor to provide services and include planning and project implementation in shops. 1992 > The breakthrough development of a software able to check procedures allowed us to increase the number of work contracts. Therefore, we started delegation, that led to relevant increase of the results. 1997 > We began to offer to our clients a complete service including external professionals, marketing and communication. 2002 > The crowdsourcing became our core business to build houses, offices and shops. 2007 > The multi-disciplinary group “mod-o” born with a temporary shop project and the addition of new skills contributed to the business expansion. 2012 > The “mod-o source” was born. Our goal were to be recognizable for our global and all inclusive vision, our meta-projects and sustainability. 2013 > We joined the “social vision” I believe that innovation can begin if we allow the people around us to shine regardless of their differences, presenting them a concrete project. Since I was a boy, innovation fascinates me, I believe this is the path to follow.2014 > Searching for strategic partnerships.During these years, I learnt that Design is a contact sport.

At the end of the war, he started up his own company. He soon became an excellent craftsman in chemical metal plating. He handed down his knowledge to my father, who is still today an essential technical support for the modern factory. In 1992 I decided to help my father with a new project: the development of the procedures to create a lean manufacturing model. We forced the development of the process to offer higher quality service, improve work conditions and resolve pollution problems. This vocation has become our mission; we are now a specialized galvanic factory and our highly technical lab ensures that our small metal parts meet the highest standards for durability and finishing. Due to lack of time, I chose to leave the Company in the able hands of my father.
