Responsable of the assessment step where the AS-IS processes were evaluated, the TO-BE processes were macro defined, the target LCAP platform was identified and the project was sized and planned: I was the main actor to lead the project solution proposition. The target platform solution choosen is PEGA CS (Pegasystems) to implement the CEP pattern design solution defined during the assessment.A POC based was developed on the PEGA platform: an tow trucking APP showed the rescue functionality as core features of PAS processes. Starting from November 2017, the 8-phase project that is implementing the new processes (with new channels for customers such as APP and IoT) started on the PEGA platform with the goal to dismissis the old system with a strong migration path.
