Chartering in, Panamax and Capesize tonnage for dry bulk cargoes cargoes (mostly iron ore, coal, grains).Involved in contract negotiations in the dry cargo (Panamax and Capesize) segment for major dry bulk commodities by offering comprehensive services to our customers in the spot market as well as on short/medium/long term employment either on voyage and time charter basis .Maintain and expand existing client list of Owners , Managers, Operators and Charterers as also dealing with day to day operation while Providing daily feedback to our clients on market direction, based on market analysis.

As Account Manager I own and manage a portfolio of customers ensuring every customer's needs, quotations, billing, product related queries and out of hours services are executed effectively. Prepare monthly customer management reports pertaining to market conditions, competitor activity and revenue performance per customer. Support quarterly customer business reviews to improve customer communication and connectivity and optimize revenue opportunities.
