• Strategically manage Warehouse Department in compliance with company’s policies and vision• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations• Adhere to all warehousing and shipping legislation requirements• Supervise the work flow of 16 employees, assign tasks appropriately, evaluate employees work performance and report directly to CEO • Recruit, select, coach and motivate employees • Maintain and audit health and safety standards and security controls • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system• Prepare annual budget and manage financial transactions• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and transport companies• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization• Coordinate and enforce optimal operational procedures• Monitor and evaluate the services’ quality

• Lead the coordination of truck maintenance and regular control, daily plan of truck itineraries using telematic system and report in monthly basis to transportation manager about truck’s fullness using excel• Communicate daily with the following departments: distribution, export, sales, marketing, human resources, while leading a 25-member team• Get in contact with wholesale & retail companies, partners and clients from abroad• Serve areas of: Attica, Phthiotis, Boeotia, Euboea, Peloponnese, Dodecanese, Crete, Ionian Islands• Occupy with exports to Cyprus, Jordan, Dubai, Singapore, Australia and United States of America• Handle the communication with drivers, pickers and other staff• Engage with the preparation for HACCP controls
