CUSTOMER SERVICE• Order Management• Complaint handling• CRM

Having the responsibility to operate the Commercial Support Division with main objects of engagement:A. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM• Development & Management of MIS system using DB2 and BUSINESS OBJECT• Statistical support of the entire company-on Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Credit Control and Distribution• Reporting / recommendations to the administration of the company on certain KPI's evolutionB. CUSTOMER SERVICE• Support of all accounts in accordance with standard procedures CRM• Development & Management of Wireless Orders Application• Nationwide data management on visits of 27 salesmen from 2.200 Points of Sales and of 35 Special Agents.• Third Party Logistics control• Monitoring KPI's supply chain

• Establishment, organization and certification by Ministry of Labour of Training Centre MANOLA.• Coordination and support to the process of submission and implementation of vocational training in the areas of Finance and Administration, Information Technology, Energy, Health and Safety.
