Throughout the four years, this program has developed and fostered a skill-set that has prepared me to embark on a career path in the field of journalism.I visually see the layout of a story then bring my ideas to a team to express what I see while also welcoming the ideas of other team members. Working together to compromise and produce the best work for a project is very important.Brainstorming with a group of people thriving off of each others ideas to create a project creatively is essential in teamwork. I am open-minded to understand what other people think, how they think in certain situations and their opinions. Also tuning in to other people's personalities and vibe is also important.Lastly, I take the time to research anything I work on from assignments, job searches, projects, etc. to find the best outcome that fits the situation.
