JT MM is my new venture, which I run and operate independently, following the conclusion of previous partnerships. Over the years, as the marketing and communication landscape evolved, I shifted my focus to providing strategic consultation to individuals and organizations aiming to make a meaningful impact on society through their goals and vision.My services include content creation, storytelling, brand positioning, and video production, all of which are designed to build consistency and value while staying attuned to where the audience’s attention is. The management head hunted me from my previous workplace and offered me the opportunity to enrich my knowledge on all Out Of Home media and develop my sales skills. I was given plenty of freedom to grow my portfolio in advertising spending coming from small/medium/large organisations and grow my network as well. I managed to leave after i created a 1.2 million euro portfolio for the company, grew my confidence and advertising consulting skills and gain a 360 overview on the return of investment around OOH ad spending. This was my last station as an employee. I felt that i've reached the ceiling and couldn't learn or earn anything else. It was time to pick a road of my own.

This was my first job occupation in one of the biggest media groups of the country. I started as a sales executive selling newspaper ad space. Through the interaction with businesses and individuals i managed to develop the consulting aspect by understanding the needs at first and then offer solutions. Later on i started laying my eyes on other media such as radio, television, magazines and portals in order to expand my knowledge on how the work and what was the value proposal for any sort of business. Near the end of my presence i was offered a full MBA scholarship against a 5 years contract. I rejected it due to a better opportunity thay occurred. Leaving my position i was told by the HR officer that i was falling into a mistake and that i was still a nobody to reject a possible stay. Guess he was wrong. I never regretted it.
