An ESB was used to decouple systems and provide reusable services.- Establishment of an architectural governance forum.- Drove formal RFI/RFP technology evaluation and selection processes for an Online Portal and a Product Order Management capability. In the case of the Online Portal I also conducted a detailed total cost of ownership assessment across the key options. For the Product Order Management capability, proof of concepts were conducted with multiple vendors against provided scenarios.- Active involvement in driving the use of social media as a tool for customer and internal communication. In addition to being a member of Telecom’s Online Response Team, I represented and spoke on behalf of Telecom at social media events (upon request by PR).
