Technical presales for telco/mobile operators in Latin America• Regional leadership of the positioning strategy for new technologies like SDN and NFV; participation in the global program ‘Cisco Software Skills for Systems Engineers’, and the first ONF Certified SDN Associate in the region.• Application development over SDN controllers and orchestrators, which lead to homologation and better positioning of the technology in Latin America.• Proposal development, including technical, logistics and financial aspects for one of the biggest network operator presales projects in the region, achieving the awarding to Cisco.• Leadership for the evangelization of the recent Seamless MPLS architecture which seeks to achieve scalability in mobile networks, achieving the first implementation in Latin America.• Development of laboratories and knowledge transfer sessions which allowed for the technical reinforcement of the national fiber network project called “Red Dorsal Nacional de Fibra Óptica del Perú”• Emphasis in consultative sales, positioning technologies that resolve business challenges, while achieving sales goals in 4 of 5 years in the position.

Post-sales technical advisory for telco/mobile operators in Latin America.• Systematization of technical consultative methods, achieving more customer loyalty and multiplication of the services contracted in the two biggest and more complex accounts in the region.• Advanced techniques for network troubleshooting, achieving the root cause finding and prevention plan development in 100% of the network outages escalated to me.• Development of a Cisco CCIE Mentorship Program for a group of customers, achieving their certification in 100% of the ones that took the exam.• Technical experience development in Service Provider networking technologies, achieving my second Cisco CCIE certificate (Service Provider track)

Planning, engineering and operations of Impsat Peru’s IP/MPLS network• Planning and execution of the merging strategy for the Impsat and Global Crossing global networks, with the least number of interventions and zero impact to end customers.• Development of a studying methodology, persistence and strategy to achieve the first Cisco CCIE certification in my country and the corporation.• Development of technical guides for the implementation of advanced IP/MPLS technologies, achieving evangelization and my incorporation to the specialists global group.• Implementation of the MPLS technology in the national network, achieving the optimization of capacity usage and a cost reduction of around 30% compared to the older technology.

Design and implementation of LAN/WAN networks, with fiber, microwave and satellite access, for end customers.• Implementation of the newest IP technologies at the time, like IP DiffServ QoS, which allowed many successful deployments, like the first convergent voice and data country-wide network for a mining company.• Administration, development and integration of database software extensions over the corporate tool for customers network documentation, achieving 100% of tool usage across the company.
