Coming from a computer background, my expertise was centered on troubleshooting, hardware, software, virus removal, and networking. I entered the mortgage industry in 2006 and developed underwriting experience, coupled with mortgage software systems administration. When I landed at Mortgage Coach, I was able to put these two skill sets together and start teaching others. After building a library of technical and management skills at Mortgage Coach/TrustEngine for 17 years, I embarked on a new mission with Wilqo to revolutionize the way mortgage software is used in our industry. I now lead a team of experienced engineers in building quality integrations to connect our systems to various data sources and partners and ensure that our origination software actually makes the process easier for the user instead of the accepted norm.
