Michael is an analytical and commercially focused chartered accountant based from our Brighton & Hove office. He is a lead advisor in our corporate finance team and joined the EMC board of directors in 2018.As an EMC director, Michael works as a lead advisor with growing and mature SMEs. Since joining EMC in 2013, initially as head of research, he has worked on over 75 transactions across sectors including manufacturing, e-commerce, technology and business services.In 2020 he was named Emerging Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider South East Dealmaker Awards as voted for by a panel of experts.Michael is an ACA qualified chartered accountant with previous experience working at an accountancy practice advising owner-managed SMEs in the South East region.
