They are also building 4 new vertical retirement apartment buildings on the Central Coast NSW, Gold Coast and Metro Brisbane.I am responsible for the Operational Readiness of all new developments as well as all Property and Facility.

• Part of a management team providing FM services to the AAE and Serco contract nationally.
• Manage the delivery of facilities services and capital projects for 13 AAE sites in Queensland and Northern Territory.
• Manage EH&S across all sites
• Manage budgets and P&L for QLD and NT
• Implement energy initiatives across AAE sites
• Management of contractors

• Part of a Management Team leading Facilities Managers providing FM services to the Energex portfolio of facilities for South East Qld including Head Office buildings, Major sites, Hub Sites and Sub-Stations.
• Responsible for the overall delivery of maintenance/engineering services and capital works for the contract
• Manage all services to CBD sites including Corporate Head office
• Oversee and ensure specification, safety and financial compliance
