RFVector is a business development consulting company whose typical client is a B2B electronic device manufacturer or distributor that has experienced slow or no growth over the previous few years. The typical company focuses on electronic components, test-and-measurement, or RF interconnects. The typical services that are provided are:o Sales: Develop and manage key OEM accounts that design semiconductor or communications platforms, such as Apple, Boeing, Broadcom, Northrop Grumman, Qualcomm, or Skyworks. Manage and build a direct sales staff and a manufacturer-representative network. As a technology expert on RF products from 100 MHz to 110 GHz, RFVector provides product insight and recommendations to customers and sales personnel; plus, we present technology roadmaps and capabilities to engineers at customer sites and at conferences.o Product Management: Build a product management team that can launch from 100’s to 1000’s new products, annually. Create a product taxonomy database to capture product specifications for faceting, datasheets, and marketing material. Set up an NPI stage gate process to ensure all tasks are completed across departments, such as quality, marketing, purchasing, etc. Perform industry and competitive market analysis to identify future products and market prices. Manage a global supplier network to ensure purchased products meet or exceed gross margin goals. Ensure Just-In-Time levels meet inventory stocking goals.o Marketing: Support internal or external marketing organizations as a technical editor, which includes keyword identification, writing and/or editing technical content for email campaigns, blogs, and industry journals; Creating draft sales tools, such as Selector Guides, Datasheets, Catalogs; and providing technical direction for product presentation on the web and other marketing channels.A short list of clients: Microwave Dynamics, HASCO, P1dB, RFMW, AWT.
