DUTIES‾ Deputise the ICT Manager and ensures ICT meets the business needs.‾ Analyses, identifies requirements and gives solutions to users’ satisfaction.‾ Evaluates the existing, coordinate testing and implementation of the new system and enhancements to ensure they meet the business needs.‾ Administer Local Area Network, Internet & E-mail Services, user profiles, software integrity and security.‾ Organizes, reviews application systems and coordinate systems documentations to ensure it complies ‾ with set standards.‾ Provides user support, coordinates and facilitates ICT training programmes.‾ In-charge of all Personal Computers (Hardware and Software).‾ ‘Trouble Shoot’ hardware and software related problems.‾ Liaise with Users to determine philosophy of proposed systems and establish the development tools to use.‾ In liaison with the ICT Manager, coordinate testing and implementation of new or modified systems.‾ Identify the information content of the database and administer the loading of initial databases.‾ Define and ensure a sound strategy for backup and recovery‾ Define and ensure effective security and integrity checks‾ Liaise with dealers/support teams during normal maintenance and repair sessions‾ Provides leadership, develops staff and maintains discipline of the team.‾ Ensures safety, cleanliness of the work place.‾ Any other duties as assigned.

DUTIES‾ Identifying user requirements, designing, developing, reviewing and implementing systems to users’ satisfaction.‾ Develop and manage application systems to assist in making office functions more efficient and provide base for timely management decisions.‾ Prepare and maintain system documentation.‾ Facilitate computer training and support of users to ensure that information technology is best utilised.‾ Evaluate systems to ensure they meet the needs of the business.‾ In liaison with User Section Heads, ensure smooth operation of the corporate systems.‾ Planning/Co ordinating computer training and support of users to ensure that information technology, with emphasis on UNIX based applications, is best utilised.‾ ‘Trouble Shooting’ hardware and software related problems and provide User support & training ‾ Maintaining database integrity.‾ Administering local area network, Netware and UNIX multi user systems, including data telecommunication facilities.‾ Ensure software integrity and security.‾ Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
