-Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.-Record journal entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy of financial statements.-Monitor and analyze account balances and investigate discrepancies.-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.-Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).-Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.-Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist auditors in their inquiries.-Work closely with other UNITS (such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury) to resolve issues and improve processes.-Provide support and guidance to colleagues on accounting matters
