Clinical Supervisor
Current• Conduct HIV/AIDS assessments among Key Population • Provide counselling, testing and treatments for HIV positive clients• Provision of PrEP, PEP and other HIV preventive services• Perform Tuberculosis case finding, screening and management• Strict follow up on Tuberculosis cases • Cervical Cancer screening, STI screening with treatment and appropriate referral• Gender Based Violence services• Organize and carry out community outreaches and other surge activities• General health assessment of clients in care• Clinical Supervision• Supervision of Community Clinical Service Assistant Points (CCSAPs)• Training and mentoring of community workers• Supervision of Case Managers and Peer Navigators• Review clinical records to evaluate level of client care• Organize and participate in Review meetings to assess progress of the project• Participation in Stake Holder Meetings and other engagements• Support the OSS data analysis, interpretation and utilization• Coordinate and supervise Support Group meetings and Gender Norm activities for clients• Acting in place of the Steam Team Lead and Program Advisor when the need arises
