I'm part of a team that is rewriting a large and successful legacy health care application into the .NET platform.This application has been running for nearly 2 decades and has hundreds of installations across the US.Current Responsibilities:-Understanding requirements and decomposing the legacy application-Leading other engineers with design and architecture.-Writing design documentation.-Identifying components and frameworks needed.- Developing processes for developers.- Creating recruitment and training processes.

I created a small company when I was 19.Apart from developing, I solely managed architecture, design, some sysadmin work, billing, banking, customer meetings and anything else involved.My best work involved projects for Volkswagen and a giant Financial Platform for the State Bank of India.
