FACT acts as a mobility manager for individuals who are looking for transportation by referring them to the most appropriate mode for them. Transportation referrals are provided in person, via telephone, and through the web based trip planner, Find-A-Ride.*The Board*FACT is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of elected officials, transportation professionals, and stakeholders. SANDAG’s Transportation Committee appoints one member to the FACT Board. The Board currently has 9 members. Board meetings are held monthly, at 9am on fourth Thursday at Encinitas City Hall.
