Gideon is a passionate and certified educator who aims to create access to excellent education and develop transformative leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Lagos, where he majored in Chemistry and Science Education.He currently works as a Coach and a Programs Team Lead at Teach For Nigeria (TFN), a non-profit organization that recruits and trains outstanding graduates to teach in under-resourced schools. As a Coach, he supports and mentors TFN Fellows by providing feedback, modeling effective teaching, sharing best practices, and facilitating sessions on teaching pedagogy and leadership development. As a Programs Team Lead, he organizes and evaluates training activities, manages resources and budgets, and liaises with vendors and suppliers.Gideon has over six years of experience in facilitating learning at various levels and contexts, both in-person and online.
