Responsible for the entire project’s safe performance, technically and financially including budgets, costs control and insurance. Have substantial technical knowledge and experience fulfil the engineering practices, functions and processes involved in the operation and maintenance of the power station, Ensure large capital critical spares and equipment in stores preservation procedures is in place to prevent corrosions. Ensure all day-to-day operation and maintenance of the power plant and administrative functions of the standards of O&M service, quality and fulfillment of guarantees applies. Ensure all areas of responsibility are managed consistent with site procedures to fulfil the O&M Agreement, the owner's plan of operations. Project: SHELL GABON AWOUN Field Development, Construction and Commissioning of AWOUN Oil & Gas facility. Responsibilities: • Initiate Project, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Documents Completion and hand over: Responsible for the entire project scope including packages field power & control cables, grounding & lightning protection, plant lighting, trace heating, instrumentation, network and automation, Fibre Optic network, fire & gas (F&G), Plant shutdown & Emergency shutdown system, HIPPS system, Oil wells hook-up, cable racks, trays & supports, substation electrical equipment and control room equipment including Oil&Gas-metering installation; Attending daily construction meeting with the client; Setup & ensure E&I project plans are followed and maintain targets set in plan; Ensure QA/QC procedures are strictly followed and maintained; Raise technical queries and technical questions and insure all queries are adhere to and solved; Compilation of E&I job cards including completion, compilation of instrumentation and electrical construction check-sheet Matrixes; Reducing of punch list items before mechanical completion and by this achieve pre-commissioning stage on time, Responsible for preservation procedures.

Project: QATAR PETROLEUM, CCWP-II Project. Ras Laffan Industrial City, QATARMain Duties: Project In charge Electrical; Project management of the project’s entire electrical construction (400MW), installation and commissioning 220kV GIS, 33kV GIS, 220MVA transformers and downstream electrical systems.Responsibilities: • In charge of construction, installation, commissioning and site coordination of 220kV & 33kV substations including 220kV and 33kV Siemens GIS switchgear, 220MVA transformers & NER’s and AREVA protection scheme, 220kV Prysmian & 33kV cable including jointing & terminations and tests, HV protection relay panels, SCMS, PMS, LV MCC’s, DCS panels, Small power & lighting, 8MW medium voltage ABB drives, 7,5MW motors, 6,6kV switch boards, 415V LV switch boards & MCC’s, Emergency & Standby generators, 11kV ring main system and cathodic protection installation system. • Ensure the work is conducted in a safe manner, that all respected permit to work is in order and in place to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment of the installation.• Subcontractor and Consultancy tender evaluations, supervision, budget and cost control• FAT’s, SAT’s and final inspection and approval of electrical equipment. • Ensure preservation procedures were implemented and performed on 220MVA transformers before transported from Siemens, Turkey to Qatar. • Manage QA&QC, Document control, Mechanical Completion and final dossier preparation and handover to client.• Management of engineering, construction and commissioning offices supervisory personnel. • Manage advice and guide scheduling team for entire electrical installation, testing and commissioning activities.

KENDAL: Have good knowledge & experience of coal fired power station operation. Work with control systems, instrumentation and electrical in all sections from coal stackers / re-claimers, conveyors, bins, coal feed to mills, boiler management, and precipitators ash conveyors control systems, WTP systems, 6kV, 11kV, 33kV substation’ 132kV and 400kV switch yard & relay house. PALMIET: Operation of the hydro power plant, Have extension knowledge of the turbines, hydraulic governor & vane controls, spherical valves and hydraulics, bearings systems, oil accumulators, excitation control system, control room technology, water management upper and lower reservoir, penstock inspections, gates, static frequency converters (16kV), 16kV excitation transformers, 220MVA 16kV / 400kV transformers. • High & Medium voltage and LV switchgear. Auxiliary systems control, generator protection, transformer protection and relay house protection in 400kV yard. Synchronization of generators on to the Eskom 400kV network. 400kV network's voltage and frequency control. Issuing of permits on Eskom permit to work system for electrical and mechanical work. Re-commissioning of generators after major outages. Communication with National Control for isolation, commissioning and operation purposes of the 400kV system. Tabling of incident reports. Faultfinding. Electrical operating of high-voltage equipment. Authorized as appointed person to perform switching, isolations and earthing operations up to and including 400 kV.
