Gideon was a Student Coordinator of Pioneer House, NUS, tasked with organizing, planning, and managing of 2 Overseas Trips under Pioneer House's Southeast-asia Friendship Initiative (SFI) for the AY 2023/2024He brought and looked after 23 students to Yogjakarta/Semarang in December 2023, and 27 students to Malang in May 2024.

Gideon was an Instructor under InlineX Singapore, teaching students how to inline skate at Yishun Park.He mainly taught students ranging 6 to 15-year-olds the basics of inline skating starting from scratch, guiding them along the way to not just learn but master crucial foundation skills involving braking, keeping balance whilst standing, and falling.
