 Handed 30 sites in Jabel Ali Location and worked as a Area Supervisors Worked as a Duty Manager in DIFC project Conducted Site Survey and Prepared Costing Sheet Mobilized new project and Deployed machineries, Staffs and Janitorial items Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, concession stands, suites, and all public spaces including gates, PLB and Staircases, Lifts Landing areas of business class and first class, Duty free areas. Planning, organizing and directing team members, allocating resources to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction. Working in 3 shift-(Day, Night, Afternoon) Responsible for evaluating risk associated with the specified task based on site condition and OH &S Risk Assessment register. Responsible for preventing accidents by implementing pro-Active safety measures. Responsible for reporting Incidents and to investigate as per Dubai Airport approved system. Responsible for Monitoring the purchase / inventory of housekeeping supplies. Deploy location, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members. As per SLA/KPI’ contract, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct monthly audits. Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department. Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment, proper arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment. Collect flight / PLB schedules at the beginning of the shift and constantly monitor for changes

 Managed and supervised of 144 housekeeping staffs to ensure they deliver the cleaning standards of 50 Government schools in and around Al Ain. Handled complaints from the clients / school officials. Attends daily staff briefing and management meetings. Makes duty roaster and monthly attendance sheets. In the event of storages and absenteeism of housekeeping staff on daily basis and ensure that relief staff are deployed on shift to cover the gaps. Preparing work schedule for weekly, monthly, yearly and quarterly basis. Strict implementation at work place of all approved SOP, COSHH and MSDS. Cleaning equipment’s and consumables items inspection cost follow ups Supervise the assigned area and ensure supervisor and Operatives carries out their work in accordance with standard Training new employees and On job training for existing team  Fills up daily reports ,checklist, Outlook mails, Log massages HSQE responsibilities and information security responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager.
