i) Training Artificial Intelligence Models for the Apple Multimodality Delivery Project through Refined Learning from Human Feedback.ii) Conducting image assessments and asking creative prompts informed through research. iii) Analyzing the responses from the AI Models and rating their proficiencies based on established assessment criteria.iv) Rewriting the responses in cases where the models show limitations to ensure AI learning is enhanced as desired.

A one-year Leadership Training and Mentorship Program themed Supporting Accountability Mechanisms for Youth Inclusion. Equipped with knowledge and skills in core areas of leadership such as Public Speaking, Advocacy, Policy and Legislative Cycles, Negotiation, Proposal Writing, Communication Skills and Branding, Social Media Campaigns among other issues. Youth-led advocacy through engagement with various stakeholders in the political and civil society spaces. Done through Public Participation Forums on the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) process, County Government roundtable with the Governor, and running of youth-focused programs through the aid of the organization and other development partners. Implemented a Funded Advocacy Campaign on the establishment and equipment of Youth Resource Centres in Nairobi County. We successfully developed the project proposal which got selected from a competitive pool of applicants.  Gained experience in step-by-step Project Implementation, reporting for each activity, and continuous Monitoring and Evaluation which ensured successful achievement of the milestones in the work plan. Finance lead for the project team. Ensured efficient utilization of project funds in order to complete all set activities in line with the milestone payout system.

 Filed Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding VAT, Withholding Tax, and Pay As You Earn (PAYE) workings on iTax to ensure company tax compliance on a monthly basis. Provided advisory services on all tax matters to other departments as well as the company's customers to ensure the accuracy of workings at all times. Maintained accurate customer accounts through receipting on the SAP software to aid in shared data access and information flow across the organization. Perused all import and export tax files to check for VAT claims due to the company from the Kenya Revenue Authority.

 Conducted regular site visits to assess the progress of construction of the milling plant and ensured all stipulated standards on quality were met. Oversaw construction expenditures for the milling plant and prepared transaction reports in Excel sheets. Archived all construction documents for the milling plant in appropriate folders for proper record-keeping and reference purposes. Wrote the business plan for operationalizing the business capturing market and competition analysis, growth strategies, approximated costs, and targeted revenues for the next 5 years.

 Conducted Economic Regulatory activities under the Department of Enforcement and Consumer Protection through countrywide dissemination of the Energy Act 2019 and conducting civic education to all players in the energy sector. Undertook fieldwork activities to conduct checks on compliance with stipulated pump prices for petroleum products as well as quality and safety standards of the fuel stations. Ensured adherence to electricity distribution standards by assessing the state of electric poles, lines, and transformers across the country as well as electric installations and wiring in buildings in conjunction with the Kenya Power and Lighting Company. Wrote reports for completed fieldwork activities for purposes of recommendation, subsequent follow-up enforcement activities, and record-keeping for posterity in the organization.
