Current• Driving results by leading engineering operations to achieve and bridge the gap between business and technical functions. • Developing and implementing strategies to drive specific business results, including company market share and customer retention.• Improving and restructuring the office management plan for MEP Building Services teams, including achieving set key performance indicators (KPIs), managing costs and financials and maintaining office profitability.• Providing project management expertise and commercial oversight for major projects to meet team commitments and project deliverables.• Preparing group specifications and standards for multiple colocation Data Centre Developers in Africa as Group Chief Technical Officer (CTO).• Overseeing engineering designs for data centres, retail, hotel and leisure, residential and commercial high-rise buildings and complex engineering buildings.• Engineering design on mechanical and electrical services for multiple hyper-scale data centres, colocation facilities, banking networks and Cloud computing.• Conducting feasibility studies, designs, operations and performance of electrical generation and distribution networks, specifically within the building services industry.• Ensured compliance and facilitated Uptime Institute certifications for design and build on Tier III and Tier IV data centres.• Spearheading and reviewing electrical simulations.• Directing, developing and supporting dynamic teams while providing a strong grounding in engineering and technical proficiency.• Partner with an existing client base to understand their needs, resolve critical engineering problems and establish long-term relationships for upcoming projects.
