As Technical Director of Axial Consulting I have over 25+ years’ experience in Information Technology.I started as a Cobol Programmer progressing to an operator on mainframes, DEC VAX and Stratus Vos. I then transitioned to be an Administrator on various flavours of Unix and Linux (AIX, HPUX, Solaris, SVR4, CentOS, Redhat, Fedora, Ubuntu, Mint, SLES) and simultaneously working as a SAP Basis Administrator.An opportunity was identified to become a Systems Architect. I was in this position for various companies over the next 16 years.I was then approached to move out of the corporate environment to join Axial Consulting as a Co-Owner and Technical Director. Initially the core business focus of Axial Consulting was providing AIX support including hardware sales and business solutions.Axial Consulting has now evolved to provide highly customized, tailored and secure Cloud based solutions.
