This required me to interact directly at Board level, engage with the Board's Finance and Risk Assurance Committee on a regular basis and participate as member in the Senior Leadership Team. My key responsibilities included organisational wide risk reporting, managing the Fraud Prevention Steering Committee, business continuity management planning and reporting, delegations framework setting, contributing to the organisation's compliance and governance program, manage Oxfam'​ s insurance program and associated responsibilities, contribute as senior member to Oxfam International's global risk & assurance function.

Established and oversaw the growth of the Infrastructure Services Business Unit head quartered in Melbourne. The position reported to the Johnstaff Managing Director who also was the Chairman of the Board. Introduced Johnstaff Australia to a plethora of new market/business opportunities embracing especially the resources/ mining (Rio Tinto, Exxaro and Anglo American as new clients) and infrastructure (Transdev, Aurizon; etc.) sectors all of which culminated in securing fee-paying engagements. This was done ensuring full integration with Johnstaff’s core business offering - i.e. project - and programme management services.Led the push to have Johnstaff expand its business offerings to a global stage that included Southern Africa, by accessing a new market.
