Naast horren heeft Unilux ook twee andere segmenten: Fractions, een aluminium variant van schutter en Topspin een lichtstraat zonwering. De rol die ik bij Unilux vervul als Product Manager kenmerkt zich door verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het technisch aspect en de kwaliteit van het product, de productontwikkeling en het streven naar optimalisaties binnen de productlijn Hierbij ligt de focus op de twee productgroepen: Horren en Fractions. Naast verantwoordelijkheid is het ontwerpen, uittekenen van het product in 3D/2D, leverancier contact en matrijs ontwikkeling ook de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.Als Product Manager is bij Unilux ook vrij snel een combinatie gemaakt met Kwaliteit van het product. Dit betekend dat ik de IQC/OQC heb opgezet en de normering hiervoor maak. De signalering van een technisch probleem is hierdoor enorm versneld. -

Hiernaast heb ik ook het stuk engineering binnen Unilux opgezet aangezien dit behoorlijk was verwaterd waardoor snel bleek dat er veel optimalisaties nodig waren in het product maar ook in documentatie.

Luging is a “sport” fun activity that allows you to race with a cart against your friends and family. The cart is not power driven but accelerates while riding the luge cart down hill on a paved road. Pyramid Engineering had made their first version a couple of years ago when I came and redesigned/upgrade the cart to the new version selling in New Zealand and lots of places in Asia. The new luge cart 2.0 characterizes in the addition of disc breaks and a easy way of replacing the wheels if they have a flat spot. (A flat spot will give the Luge a lot of vibration while riding). And re-rubbering the wheels is cost efficient due to the 4 to 1 ratio of the costs of a new wheel.
