• Oversaw and/or assisted with ongoing day to day operation and preventative building maintenance, with associated vendors and/or staff, of the following: HVAC systems, Electrical and lighting systems, Humidification and related equipment, Parking lot(s), Roof and skylights, Building cleanliness (interior and exterior), Landscaping and grounds maintenance, Landscaping irrigation system, Snow and ice removal, Interior plantscaping maintenance, Trash and recycling collection and removal, Plumbing (kitchens, restrooms, etc.), General building construction & maintenance, Data center support functions (cooling, power supply, room cleanliness), Backup power generator maintenance, oversight, and monitoring Life safety and fire suppression systems and equipmentAccess control, fire and security alarm systems• Completed daily walkthrough of building and bring any issues requiring escalated attention to Facilities Manager for follow up.• Managed and maintained inventory of office and breakroom supplies.• Fielded requests from employees for maintenance, or other building services relating to lighting, furniture, restroom equipment, safety issues, or any other concerns, and submit work tickets via the building maintenance web portal.• Supported the Facilities Manager in processing all daily access control system requests for additions, deletions, changes, or any issues/problems. Also, regularly monitor company-wide centralized access control system for proper operation or problems.• Assisted with implementation of fire safety program, in conjunction with Facilities Manager and Human Resources Department.• Responded to emergency situations regarding the building (occasionally after-hours), including responding to alarm calls, severe weather issues, backup power generator refueling, etc.• Operated & monitored (as required) Lincoln’s property HVAC Building Automated System.
