I architected the best fare algorithm to calculate the cost to charge to the users at the end of the week.- Artifical Intelligence: I joined a ChatBot project based on LUIS (Language Understanding) to enable an important Telco customer to replace the customer service with artificial intelligence. I've been responsable for programming the robot to answer the request of the customers as a human both via chat and via voice. - Kubernetes architect: I designed one of the most complex Kubernetes architecture in Italy running on top of Azure Kubernetes service

- Infrastructure Mastery: Led architecture in the Infrastructure domain, catalyzing the migration of substantial customer assets to the Azure cloud.- Global Project Leadership: Spearheaded the end-to-end design and implementation of Azure infrastructure for a prestigious global Swiss client.
