Responsible for the implementation of Nikon’s non-standard solutions within the EMEIA region, ranging from planning, stakeholder alignment, installation, training to customer support and project documentation.Technical expert for the Business Unit, working closely with the sales and customers team to understand what is to be delivered and support/provide all activities to ensure the project is delivered on time and with quality.

Nikon Metrology -part of the Nikon group- offers an innovative metrology product portfolio, including optical inspection and mechanical 3D metrology solutions complemented with state-of-the-art vision measuring instruments and microscopes. As an applications engineer, I:- Provide technical support to the Nikon Metrology organization worldwide- Run radiographic and computed tomography sample benchmarks- Engineer customized solutions to meet customers' specific needs- Deliver on-site advanced CT trainings to EU customers- Assist the R&D department in improving the quality, functionality and ease-of-use of our systems- Support and attend NDT trade shows- Support customer projects from initial enquiry to end sale in order to translate requirements into concrete solutions- Maintain an up to date knowledge of X-ray and CT technology by attending conferences, symposia and own research
