This newly created position by RelaDyne which acquired PPC Lubricants allowed me to shift into in a position that supports both the EHS and DOT departments.Initially I maintained the company LMS platform and took on the project of consolidating 4 separate learning regional platforms into one. I also ensured new hires were assigned appropriate training for their position. I headed up and launched a companywide communication plan for a big change in which we needed adoption and buy-in for new technology that was being launched. I have created training videos for the LMS platform when requested. I conduct monthly online training sessions for managers and key stakeholders on how to use the company ELD platform for our drivers. Pulling reports from various platforms to provide to upper management is part of my weekly tasks. I spent some brief time assisting the Risk Management department in claims with a focus on subrogation when applicable. I also own the monthly Safe Driver recognition program. I am a Jill of all trades and take whatever ball I am thrown and run with it.

I was hired as an assistant to the HR Manager for the Ford and Kia stores located in Mechanicsburg, PA in 2013.I was promoted to HR Manager in the first quarter of 2017 and passed the SHRM-CP exam. Currently, I am responsible for Recruiting, Onboarding, New Employee Orientations, Safety Committee Meetings and Compliance.I assist our corporate HR office in Insurance Open Enrollments and maintaining accurate timekeeping records utilizing our Kronos HRIS system . Additionally, I take on duties and projects as assigned which may or may not be HR related.
